STUNNING TRIPLE CD SET OF G’N’R OBSURITIES • Formed in Los Angeles in 1985, Guns ‘N’ Roses signed to signed to Geffen Records in 1986, with the band then comprising vocalist Axl Rose, lead guitarist Slash, rhythm guitarist Izzy Stradlin, bassist Duff McKagan, and drummer Steven Adler. The rest, as they say, is history, but it’s a glorious history and the band remain as popular and relevant today as ever they did. • This 3 CD Set collects together some of the finest and rarest live recordings from G & R recorded during their classic era together, featuring both acoustic versions and full-band electric classics. • DISC ONE here includes the band’s full performance recorded for live FM Broadcast in 1987 in Pasadena, CA, shortly after the release of the band’s debut album. • Moving on, DISC TWO features a selection of cuts G & R recorded acoustically at various dates on their 1993 US Tour. • DISC THREE concludes this dynamic box set with a CD full of rarities – including guest appearances, cover versions, early live recordings and other obscurities – recorded between 1986 and 1996.
